Initiated by the top management and piloted by the Corporate
Operational Marketing department, a new ambitious project is being
launched in WA to set up the structure that will enable the best
possible training and support to sales and technical assistance teams
in the whole group : Wheelabrator Allevard Sales University.

Markets are moving and require to welcome a new generation of sales
persons in emerging countries who need to be trained and kept loyal. • Several of our teams in mature countries will have to face the retirement of experienced sales persons.
Objectives • To organize the training and motivation of new generations of sales people; it must aim for excellence. • To be a “place” for integration, continuous training, sharing of experience and development of new services. • To evaluate skills and progresses. •
WA Sales University addresses a population disseminated around the
world and should have recourse to e-learning modern technologies, • WA Sales University should be the vector of a common identity within the group (Abrasives and Diamond Tools divisions).
